All appointments booked at Northgate Centre Medical Clinic . are booked through each individual station. Please call your station directly, and advise our staff of the reason for your visit so that we may book the appropriate amount of time for you.

Our physicians are only able to address 2 problems per visit.

If you have multiple complaints you will be asked to book another appointment.

Cancellations and Appointment No-Shows

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment, however, in the event of an unforeseen emergency this may be waived. There are many other patients waiting for appointments and failure to cancel will result in a missed appointment charge.

If you miss your appointment you will be charge $50.

Our Walk-in Clinic is staffed daily by one of our Doctor’s. They have complete access to your computerized medical records. Please be advised that due to unforeseen emergencies the Walk-in Clinic may be cancelled without notice.

Lab Results

Our Clinic policy is not to provide Lab results over the telephone. Please make an appointment with your physician to discuss lab results. You will only be contacted by our office to come in for an appointment if your lab results were abnormal.

Our staff are unable to interpret lab results and will not comment when asked. Please also understand that it can take up to 14 days for our office to receive results back from various lab/hospitals.

Prescription Refills

No prescription refills will be given over the phone. Please make an appointment with your physician. Certain medications require monitoring and it is up to your physician to decide when you need to be seen for a refill.


We have large and Free parking for the Clinic at ground level where elevators and escalators are ready to serve your needs or you may choose to park at the Free second floor parking as well.

Transfer of Medical Records

Please be advised of the following fees for transferring your medical records:
– Transfer of Medical Records (excludes photocopying and/or courier fees) $30.00
– Photocopying fee (first 10 pages/per page) $1.50
– Photocopying fee (each subsequent page) $0.50

If you have been a patient of the clinic for a long time these charges can be significant and you are responsible for paying them.
